Putu Mayang Cake Recipe

Putu Mayang Material:


250 g white rice flour


100 ml plain water


300 ml boiling water


100 Ml of water pandan leaves suji





Putu Mayang Sauce:


250 gr palm sugar


400 ml coconut milk


3 tablespoons granulated sugar


1 pandan leaf





How to make Putu Mayang:


Place the flour in a napkin lined baking sheet, sprinkle water 100 ml up to flour moisture, flour steamed until hot.


Meanwhile, pour the boiling water with pandan water suji, let it boil once again.


Lift the flour from the steamer, put it in a container, pour the boiling water mixture and stir well. Let the clay dough, let stand until lukewarm.

Steam for 10 s / d 15 min. Lift.
